Our policies

What I ask of every client, in one place, before you pay a deposit.

Booking and deposits

A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. Lifts and tints take one, and the menu marks each with a Deposit to book chip. The patch test doesn't. You book on the booking page and I confirm by text or email.

Canceling and running late

Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit, and your deposit moves with you. With less notice, I keep the deposit. If you're running late, I hold your time for 15 minutes. After that we move the visit, because a lift can't be rushed.

If you miss an appointment

If you miss a visit without a word, I keep the deposit and ask for prepayment to hold your next one. If something comes up, a text is all it takes.

Children and companions

Visits are for the client, 18 and over. The room is small and the work needs you still, with your eyes closed, so please come on your own. A friend is welcome to wait in the entry.

Patch tests and allergies

A patch test is required before a first tint and recommended before a first lift. I put a small amount on your skin and ask you to watch the spot for a day. It helps, but it can't predict every reaction, so tell me about allergies and sensitive eyes. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, tell me and call your doctor or go to urgent care.

Redos and refunds

If a lift or tint isn't what you hoped for, tell me within a week. I'll look at your lashes and say what I can do. Services aren't refunded, but a concern always gets a conversation first.

Tipping

Tips are never expected. If you'd like to leave one, you can add it when you pay at the end of your visit.

Before your visit

Come with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Take contact lenses out before you lie back, or bring a case. A lift works on natural lashes, so extensions need to come off before you book.

When to ask your doctor first

Please wait, or ask your doctor first, if you have an eye infection, irritation or recent eye surgery, or if you're pregnant and unsure. I'd rather move your visit than risk a reaction.

Questions about a policy?

Ask before you book. I'd rather explain than have a surprise on the day.
